He's truly an inspiration. I don't think he had any special procedure on his ears or anything. Believe it or not, I think he just turns down his onstage monitor to where it's bearable. The guy has a pretty wicked case of tinnitis, so there have to be plenty of moments of discomfort & high pitch ringing. But he treks on!
